Hosts set their own hourly rates. The price you see includes:
- Parking space rental (set by host)
- EV charging per kWh (if applicable)
- 15% platform fee
- 2% insurance levy
- Building access fee (varies by building)

2-hour parking at $5/hr = $10 base + $1.50 platform + $0.20 insurance = $11.70 total
